DPB 80 small pill packaging machine is specially designed for hospital dosage room, laboratory institute, health care products, middle and small pharmacy factories. It is featured by compact body, easy operation, adjustable stroke, long durability etc. It can protect the material from steam or dust and improve packing degree. The blister packing machine is used to produce small quality and other pharmaceutical products.
Features
1. The small pill packaging machine adopts advanced high-power transmission device, whose main transmission shaft is driven by chains to avoid noise and error caused by gears.
2. Electric parts are imported for the control system. A second feeder can be installed for lacking capsules and the capsule inspecting device can reject empty blister.
3. PVC forming, capsule feeding, heat sealing in one segment.
4. The blister packing machine adopts photoelectric system for automatic feeding and waste material collecting to ensure the steady working of units.
5. (Optional) photoelectric inspecting system equipped with advanced step motor for traveling and graphic version printing, to optimize the packaging.
6. This small pill packaging machine is suitable for capsule, tablet, sugar-coating pill, gelatin capsule, injection, and other medical instrument, food, electronics.
