Usage:
The machine is mainly used for conveying and charging solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry. It can work with the mixer, tablet press, capsule filler, etc. It is also widely used in such industries as medicine, chemical industry, food, etc.
Principle:
The machine is mainly composed of chassis, column, lifting system, etc. When it works, push the hopper loaded with materials into the lifting crotch of the hopper lifter. Press the lifting button and the hopper will make lifting movement. After the hopper reaches the designated position, rotate the chassis to realize closed connection with the charging equipment. Start the discharging butterfly valve to transfer the materials to the next procedure.
Features:
The machine is a new machine researched and developed successfully by our company according to China's actual conditions after absorbing and digesting internationally advanced technology. It has such features as reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation, no dead corners, and no exposed bolts. The machine is easy to clean, effectively controls dust pollution and cross contamination, optimizes production processes, and fully meets the requirements for medicine production in GMP.
Safety:
    1.1 The lifting system adopts hydraulic motor-chain-moving pulley system. The hydraulic system adopts one-way valve to check back pressure and effectively prevent sedimentation after load.
    1.2 The electromagnetic mechanical anti-falling safety lock is adopted. When the equipment is in the high load for a long time, the anti-falling safety lock can effectively prevent the accident from falling.
    1.3 The hydraulic components are connected by high-integration module to eliminate the hidden danger of hydraulic leakage.
    1.4 The hydraulic line is equipped with a safety valve. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the lifting system will remain and there will be no falling accident.
Stability:
    2.1 NTD series hopper hoist adopts single column lifting structure, easy to maintain, and adopts high quality standard integral channel steel welding structure, which makes the whole machine stronger after loading.
    2.2 Perfect lock switch safety control mode, easy to use, stable and accurate operation.
    2.3 Improve the smooth and uniform speed, and raise the upper and lower limits.
Meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical factory:
    3.1 The whole machine has no dead angle, no convex and concave surface, and exposed screws.
    3.2 The machine is outsourced to 304 stainless steel and provides third-party material quality certification. The outer surface of the equipment is brushed, and the matte roughness of the outer surface reaches Ra≤0.4μm.
